In the history of our country, almost every war, the statarium was introduced. This kind of coercive measure ensured the relative stability and governability of the country in the war.

The statarium (Martial law ) really bad for criminals, as at the time of the emergency, adjudicating court was not famous for its lenient convictions.
 Surely this would not hurt the criminals now either. That is, to bring to justice those who have justifiably committed a crime during the epidemic emergency, the curfew.

At present, our country is at war, like the whole of Europe, and even the whole world, - with an invisible enemy; against Coronavirus, COVID-19.
And then, when our country is struggling with the epidemic, health workers, paramedics, hospital workers are fighting the disease heroically, there are people who are still only interested in making money illegally.

The way in which our fellow human beings, the elderly who are already at increased risk, are being stretched, robbed and looted. This unqualified malice and selfishness cannot go unpunished. Just as grandson fraudsters have adapted to the new situation, so must law enforcement, and the law, to adapt to it.

These subhuman beings call the elderly by saying that their grandson has got the virus and therefore needs money. Either, fake virus tests are offered for sale, or the apartment is disinfected by the alleged decree of the municipality, and at the same time the old people are robbed.
That's what's unacceptable. Because there is a straight path from here to more serious sins if these acts go unpunished.

This is what the police and law enforcement agencies, and the law, must take hard action against - because there is no crime in times of war, no sinful acts are allowed. But whosoever committeth sin; rob, steal, cheat, lie, rape, - let the imprisonment be punished by the law.

And send the criminals to forced medical work that day, - under police and official supervision.

Because the most important thing is for the country to be able to fight the epidemic unhindered, with God’s help.
